Elpidios Red Blend '23

This blend of nine Paardeberg red varietal vineyards sits at the heart of David & Nadia wines. 

The winemaking favours long and gentle extraction with an average of 40% whole bunches to preserve freshness and enhance aromatic lift. After maturation in old barrels, concrete, and foudres, Elpidios is rested in bottle for 18 months to deliver a wine that is a distinct Swartland cuvée of clarity, energy, and restraint.
