The clearest expression of Chris Keet’s unfiltered approach to winemaking is this Cabernet Franc cuvée of contrasting Cape climates. Fruit from sunny Paarl brings blackberry and intensity; ones from cool-climate Elgin and Bot River add moody complexity; while Wellington grapes temper them both.
